EU DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
Marshall electrical products fall within the scope of, and comply with, relevant EU and UK safety regulations. Compliance is evidenced by the CE and UKCA markings on products and packaging and supported by the applicable Declaration of Conformity.

CYBERSECURITY - STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE PSTI
Specification of guaranteed software maintenance period according to EU Radio Equipment Directive (2014/53/EU) Article 3(3) Cybersecurity requirements, Cyber resilience act (2024/2847/EU) and the UK Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (Security Requirements for Relevant Connectable Products) Regulations 2023 (“PSTI Regulations”).
ECODESIGN REQUIREMENTS FOR OFF MODE, STANDBY MODE, AND NETWORKED STANDBY ENERGY CONSUMPTION
According to Ecodesign Regulation (EC) No 2023/826, information on power consumption in off mode, standby mode, and networked standby energy consumption plus limit, time to standby, wireless activation and deactivation details is shared in each product user manual and in the Product Support page.
EU DATA ACT INFORMATION
Certain Marshall Group AB (“Marshall”) products may qualify as connected products within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 (the “EU Data Act”). However, for Marshall products covered by this statement, no “product data”, as defined in Article 2(15) of the EU Data Act, has been identified.
FCC ID
Marshall products intended for the U.S. market comply with applicable Federal Communications Commission (FCC) requirements. Where applicable, the FCC ID is provided on the relevant product page.
CHEMICALS & REACH ARTICLE 33.1 INFORMATION
Marshall products comply with the European Chemical Regulation (1907/2006) (Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals, REACH), and specifically requirements in Annex XVII & Article 33. Products containing Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) on the REACH Candidate list above 0.1% by weight in any material are reported to the ECHA SCIP database https://echa.europa.eu/sv/scip-database and are also listed here. These products are still safe to use. No additional safety instructions are applicable. To limit hazardous substances, suppliers must comply with Marshall Restricted Substances List, which covers applicable regulatory requirements but also go beyond this to push for better, more responsible materials. EU BATTERY AND BATTERY WASTE REGULATION
Marshall batteries and battery operated products comply with the EU Battery and battery waste regulation (2023/1542), which is further specified with:
Declaration of Conformity for batteries.
Information on batteries according to Annex VI can be accessed with the Qr code next to CE mark on the batteries and in the Legal and Safety of the battery or the corresponding battery operated product.

EU PACKAGING AND PACKAGING WASTE REGULATION
Marshall product and shipping packaging comply with the EU Packaging and packaging waste regulation (PPWR) (2025/40), also declared in each of the PPWR Declaration of Conformity.
EXTENDED PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITY
Marshall Group AB has joined Producer Responsibility Organisations (PROs) to fulfil the obligations regarding the take-back, collection, and recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment, batteries, and packaging. These obligations arise under the EU Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive (2012/19/EU), the EU Batteries Regulation (EU) 2023/1542, and the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) (EU) 2025/40. In accordance with current regulations, Marshall is registered under the following unique identifiers:

For proper recycling, please take these products to a designated collection point where they will be accepted free of charge or return them to your local retailer.
