Troubleshooting: Programmable button does not work

The presets require internet to play. Check that you have a working Wi-Fi and internet connection.

Save presets
The programmable button is unconfigured out of the box. Setup a preset in the Marshall app or simply push a programmable button for 2 seconds while playing anything Spotify connect or internet radio through airable to save it to the preset.
Orientation
Check that the orientation of the soundbar (on a surface or mounted to a wall) and the reversible user panel is correct in the Marshall app.
