Troubleshooting: Cannot connect wirelessly to a Heston soundbar

Short answer

Make sure that there are no obstacles such as walls or doors, or interfering electronics devices nearby. Make sure that the Heston TV soundbar is configured correctly in the Marshall app. Reset Heston Sub 200 and set it up again.

Move interfering objects

Make sure that the Heston TV soundbar is configured correctly in the Marshall app

Factory reset

A factory reset will reset the subwoofer to its original settings, excluding any firmware updates.

Note: This will delete all settings will need to be set up again.

  1. Remove Heston Sub 200 from the app and HESTON Sub 200 [LE] if present, from your sound device’s Bluetooth list.

  2. Ensure that the subwoofer is connected to mains power.

  3. Push and hold the setup button until all LEDs blink and the soundbar restarts.

  4. Heston Sub 200 has returned to its factory settings and is ready to be paired.
