Troubleshooting: Erratic behaviour
Short answer
Ensure that Heston Sub 200 has the latest firmware version in the Marshall app. Unplug it from the mains power, and wait for 15 seconds before plugging it back in. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset.
Firmware updates
Follow the in-app instructions to ensure that it has the latest firmware version.
Hardware reset
Unplug Heston Sub 200 from the mains power, and wait for 15 seconds before plugging it back in.
Factory reset
A factory reset will reset the subwoofer to its original settings, excluding any firmware updates.
Note: This will delete all settings will need to be set up again.
Remove Heston Sub 200 from the app and HESTON Sub 200 [LE] if present, from your sound device’s Bluetooth list.
Ensure that the subwoofer is connected to mains power.
Push and hold the setup button until all LEDs blink and the soundbar restarts.
Heston Sub 200 has returned to its factory settings and is ready to be paired.
