Delivery and tracking

Log in or create an account to to keep track of all your orders, download receipts, register your products, and get personal discounts. Prefer not to? No problem, you can still follow your order with your order number.
Order confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from order@store.marshall.com.
Shipping notification
When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Tracking details are updated once your shipment is on its way. There may be a short delay between receiving your tracking number and seeing tracking progress.
Depending on the shipping method you selected, you can track your order here:
If you chose Post (non-traceable), your order will be sent as a standard letter and cannot be tracked. You will not receive a tracking link.
If you ordered with PostNL, your package will be handed over to a local carrier once it reaches your country. PostNL will contact you with details about the local carrier and how to track your delivery.
