Accessibility Commitment

We believe that everyone — regardless of ability or skill level — should have a place in our community. That’s why we are committed to making our website accessible and usable for everyone.

Standards we follow

We strive to ensure that our website comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, developed by the World Wide Web Consortium - the international standards-setting organization for digital accessibility. These guidelines are referenced by – and help us meet – the requirements of:

  • European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882)

  • Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 (U.S. accessibility legislation)

Our efforts

  • We run regular automated and manual accessibility checks.

  • We listen to feedback from users of assistive technology.

  • If we discover or get a report of any accessibility issues, we resolve the issues as quickly as possible.

Need help or found a problem?

If you experience any issues with our website, please let us know so we can put it right:

If you have contacted us but are not satisfied with the way we resolved your concern, you can also reach out to your local consumer protection or accessibility authority.
