Troubleshooting : Erratic behaviour

There can be several causes of erratic behaviour. Try these options to solve the issue:

  • Push and hold the control knob for 10 seconds to restart the headphones.

  • Download the Marshall Bluetooth app and connect the headphones. Check if there are new firmware updates, and follow the in-app instructions to install them.

  • Perform a factory reset to restore the headphones to their original settings.
