Troubleshooting : Can't connect or pair
Short answer
Press and hold the control knob until the LED changes to a slow blue pulse, then select Monitor III A.N.C. from your Bluetooth list. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset.


Follow these steps to solve issues with pairing with a Bluetooth device:
Activate Bluetooth on your audio device, and make sure it is not already connected to a different Bluetooth device.
Turn the headphones off.
Press and hold the control knob continuously, until the LED light changes to a slow blue pulse. This means that Bluetooth pairing mode is activated.
Select Monitor III A.N.C. from your audio device's Bluetooth list.
If the issue persists, perform a factory reset. This will return the headphones to their original settings, excluding any firmware updates.
