Troubleshooting : Can’t charge my headphones

Short answer

Make sure that the USB cable is correctly connected to the headphones and a working power source. Check that the entry points are clear of any dirt or debris.

If you are having trouble charging your headphones, we advise you try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Make sure your USB power source is turned on (your headphones won't charge if they are plugged into a computer that is not turned on)

  2. Check that entry points (headphones and power source) are clear of any dirt or debris, as this could prevent clear communication between the two devices.

  3. Check that the USB is correctly inserted into the headphones and power source.

The LED Indicator will be RED while charging and white when fully charged.
