Short answer

Open the mains input hatch to access the power input. Connect the mains lead to the speaker and then to the wall socket to power the speaker and charge the battery.

MAINS POWER INPUT

Open the mains input hatch to access the power input. Connect the mains lead to the speaker and then to the wall socket to power the speaker and charge the battery.

Caution: Always unplug the mains lead from the wall socket before disconnecting it from the speaker.

BROMLEY POWER BANK

Bromley 750 comes with a removable battery that can also be used as a power bank. The battery is located in the battery socket behind the hatch.

  • Open the hatch to access the battery.

  • Grab the battery while pressing the lock button, then pull to remove it.

  • Insert the battery and push it until you hear a click to install it.

The battery is charging when Bromley 750 is plugged into a mains socket.

USING THE POWER BANK

  1. Connect the device to charge into the USB-C port.

  2. Push the ON button to begin charging.

CHARGING BROMLEY BATTERY

Charge the power bank by plugging in a USB-C PD power source (45 W) or install it in a Marshall Bromley party speaker that is connected to mains power. The battery indicator flashes while charging and is steady when fully charged.

RESETTING BROMLEY BATTERY

Push and hold the on button for 10 seconds to reset the power bank if it is not performing as expected.

BATTERY CARE GUIDE

The life span of the battery is affected by charging and usage. Follow the guidelines below to keep your battery in great condition for as long possible.

  • Avoid letting the battery drain completely or charging it when it’s already full. Try to keep the charge between 30% and 80%.

  • If the battery is stored for a long time, it is recommended to charge it to about half charge and then do a factory reset. Store the battery in a cool, dark, and dry place.

  • Avoid using or charging the battery in hot and unventilated places, 40°C/104°F and above, such as in a parked car or by a window in direct sunlight.

  • Avoid charging the battery at low temperatures, below 10°C/50°F and using the with the battery speaker below 0°C/32°F.

  • Avoid strong mechanical shocks such as dropping the battery on hard surfaces as it might harm it.
