Take your time. We always have a 30-day returns policy, but we're extending it so you can return any gifts or orders until 31st January. Just make sure items are in mint condition and in their original packaging.

Simply start a return and use your preferred shipping provider. Our support team will get back to you with more information about the process going forward.

Ensure the product is securely packed in a shipping box. If you use the original shipping box, remove all existing labels. Please make sure to save your tracking number, in case you wish to track the shipment.
