Troubleshooting : Earbuds don't charge

Put your earbuds in the case and close the lid to turn them off.

Connect the case to a power source.

Check if the light on the case (red, orange, or green) turns on when they are connected.

If the light blinks red, you need to charge the case before charging your earbuds.

If the light does not turn on, try using a different USB-C charging cable, charging cube, or power outlet.

If the issue persists, perform a factory reset.
