Troubleshooting : Erratic behaviour

Short answer

Try performing a factory reset to restore your speaker to its original settings, or check for new firmware updates in the Marshall Bluetooth app.

There may be several reasons why your Emberton III speaker is behaving incorrectly. Try these tips to solve the problem:

  • Perform a factory reset.

  • Connect your speaker to the Marshall Bluetooth app. Follow the instructions in the app to check whether new firmware updates need to be installed.
