Troubleshooting : Bluetooth connectivity

Short answer

If you are having Bluetooth connectivity issues please upgrade your firmware to V1.47 , by using the firmware update tab.

Android and iOS recommend dropping a connection from a Bluetooth device when an app is suspended to avoid draining the battery on the device when Bluetooth is not being used. So when the user resumes Gateway, it will show a message that it disconnected from the amp, but it will try to auto reconnect.
