Factory reset
Short answer
Press and hold both the Source and Play/Pause button for 7-10 seconds. The source LED's will all flash quickly to confirm the reset was successful.
A factory reset will return the speaker to its original settings, excluding any firmware updates.

Remove Stanmore II Bluetooth from your audio device’s Bluetooth list before pairing again.
Note: This will delete all user settings and the speaker needs to be set up again.
