Troubleshooting : The headphones do not turn on

There can be several reasons why the headphones do not turn on. Follow these troubleshooting steps to solve the issue:

  • Check the battery level. You can either check it in the Marshall Bluetooth app, via the battery icon in iOS, or in Google Fast Pair for Android devices.

  • Connect your headphones to a USB-C power source. Check if the LED indicator on the headphones turns on (it could be red, orange, or green). If not, try using a different USB-C cable, adapter, or power outlet.

  • If the issue persists, perform a factory reset. This will return the headphones to their original settings, excluding any firmware updates.
